Senior Card Program

The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce also coordinates the Potsdam Chamber Senior Card program. The card is free to senior citizens and can be used at participating chamber member businesses in Potsdam and surrounding areas.

Participating businesses include: California Rotisserie & Grill, Eben’s Hearth Restaurant, First Crush Bistro, Fisher Design, Harris Medical, Lifestyles Salon, McDonald’s, Ponderosa, Potsdam Agway, Terry Reed DDS, Scoopuccino’s, Subway, SunFeather Natural Soaps, T & R Wines & Liquors, The Bagelry, The Copy Shop, The Green House, Tim’s Comic & Game, Videorama and Windance.

Each business offers a different incentive, such as free coffee or a discount per purchase. A brochure with all business discounts, appropriate ages for discounts and other key information is provided with each Potsdam Chamber Senior Discount Card.

The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce created the Senior Discount Card to assist area seniors living on a fixed income, to promote shopping locally and help member businesses communicate to seniors about discounts and incentives being offered.

The card is distributed by the Potsdam Chamber to senior housing developments, participating businesses and through the Chamber office at One Market Street in Potsdam. The Chamber office is staffed on a part-time basis, so please call ahead for a time to pick up your card.
