North Country Children’s Museum

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Grades 1–5
Stretch it, swirl it, and experiment with it—it’s time for Slimefest! In this hands-on February Break camp, young scientists will dive into the chemistry behind slime. Campers will explore how polymers form, why some slimes ooze while others bounce, and how different ingredients affect texture, stretch, and color.
Throughout the week, children will mix, test, and play their way through the science of all things slimy. Activities will include creating slime that stretches across the room, slime that grows on its own, and even slime that glows!
