To mark its fifth business anniversary, the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Foster the Plant Cafe, on Friday, Dec.13 at 4:30 p.m. All are invited to come out and join the celebration.
Foster the Plant Cafe is located at 55 Market St, Potsdam, and is owned by Lynzie & Scott Schulte.
According to Foster the Plant co-owner Lynzie Schulte, the cafe began just before the COVID-19 pandemic and never held an official opening ceremony. Their vision to provide a plant based cafe with a focus on environment, supporting local businesses, and providing healthy food options continues to motivate her and the business to grow.
