Raise The Bar NNY
Raise the bar offers coach-led group fitness class is for everyone! We use a combination of cardio, bodyweight, and weightlifting to maximize your hour with us. The workouts are different every day with a huge emphasis on getting you started safely, whatever your current age, experience, or ability.
Raise The Bar also offers personal training where a certified personal trainer will work with you to customize an exercise program so you can achieve your health and fitness goals. Incorporating strength training with full-body conditioning so you can improve your functional health, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. We focus on form and technique so you will workout the right way.
