OUR SERVICES
Instrument Repair:
We work with experienced technicians to provide the best possible service for band and orchestra instruments. Our technicians are located in Central New York, and we personally meet with them every week to drop off and pick up instruments. If your instrument requires service, or an estimate on service, simply drop it off to us by Wednesday and we'll hand deliver it to our technicians on Thursday morning before our store opens. Typically, repairs take one week unless parts need to be ordered or they are experiencing a heavy workload.

Guitar/Bass/Folk Instrument Restring:
We offer restringing for most instruments and have a wide variety of strings in stock for you to choose from. Restrings are often able to be completed same-day and prices range from $25-$50 plus the cost of strings.
For intricate guitar and stringed instrument repair, we have excellent local luthiers we are happy to refer you to.

Sound System Rentals:
Are you looking for a sound system for your event? We rent a Yamaha StagePas 600i which is a complete, all-in-one sound solution that is extremely portable and easy to set up, allowing users to instantly add high quality sound reinforcement to virtually any environment. It is 680 watts, and comes with 2 microphones, 2 speaker stands, 2 microphone stands, as well as all the cables you need.
