Led by Dayton King, a former nine-year Mayor of the City of Gloversville, the team brings a unique combination of real estate experience, community leadership, local-government knowledge, marketing, and an extensive network of professionals and resources to every transaction.

Since entering real estate, Dayton has been involved in more than 600 real estate transactions, primarily throughout Fulton, Montgomery, and the greater Capital Region. Now based in the Town of Potsdam, the Dayton King Team is rapidly establishing roots in the North Country, with more than a dozen properties sold or currently pending in St. Lawrence County.
