Capture Culture Party Rentals LLC, based in Potsdam, New York, has been a vibrant presence since its establishment in August 2023. Operating out of Potsdam, we proudly serve St. Lawrence County and the surrounding areas of Northern New York. Despite being a home-based business, our Potsdam location allows us to seamlessly deliver our diverse range of event rentals to schools, non-profits, businesses, organizations, and towns throughout the Northern New York region.

Beginning operations in June 2023, Brandon traveled from a full-time internship in New York City, back to Potsdam each weekend, leaving from NYC after work on Friday and returning Monday morning. As a home based business, Brandon started small with just one bounce house and one slide in June, 2023. We ended the year with four (4) bounce houses, four (4) tents, three (3) slides, a 360° photo booth, tables, chairs, a snow cone machine, a generator, and an outdoor heater. Growing each week during the summer we initially serviced residential parties until we had the inventory and capacity to deliver to larger events. Our larger customers included the Town of Madrid, New York Power Authority, Massena Drug-Free Coalition, Seaway Valley Prevention Council, Tri-Town Kids Daycare Center, Northern Family Motel and Star Lake God’s Missionary Church.

Now, with over a year in the industry, our commitment to community building is reflected not only in our network connections but also in our proven track record of executing successful events throughout the local area. We offer comprehensive insurance coverage on all rentals providing secure and enjoyable experiences for our customers and further solidifying our reputation as a trusted and reliable event rental service in Northern New York.
Over the next year or so we expect to enter a phase of expansion, transitioning to a year-round model that seamlessly integrates both indoor and outdoor spaces. The aim is to create a multifunctional space that serves a variety of occasions, enables us to efficiently run delivery rental operations, and adds dedicated storage and administration space. We know that by creating more dedicated spaces for children and families we are creating a safer community.
