A micro bakery operating out of a certified home kitchen, providing fresh sourdough to the community with an effort to make good bread accessible to all. Selling at farmers' markets during the summer, and at several local small businesses in the Potsdam area. This summer, working on expanding into a food trailer! using the same delicious bread and local, seasonal, unprocessed ingredients as the foundation for a sandwich, salad and soup menu. Stay posted!
